What does it truly mean to follow Jesus beyond a single moment of decision? This message cuts to the heart of that question by exploring what the early church understood instinctively: that faith is not a one-time event but a continuing journey. Drawing from Acts 2, we see a community of believers who did not simply receive the word and move on — they continued steadfastly. That word, 'continued,' becomes a lens through which we examine our own spiritual lives. Are we growing, or have we stalled? True discipleship, as unpacked here, is not about accumulating religious knowledge or earning certificates. It is life on life — real relationship, real investment, real transformation. The distinction between information and transformation is one of the most convicting ideas we can sit with: we can read the Bible cover to cover every year and still walk away unchanged if we never allow what we read to reshape who we are. The message calls us to honest reflection about whether we are truly being formed by our faith or simply informed by it.
